In 2005, this category was incorporated to Q2-r8 (the Regulation respecting waste water disposal systems for isolated dwellings). It includes all the new technologies excluding disinfection and dephosphoration.
Each system in this category requires a maintenance contract that includes an annual maintenance and, links you to the system manufacture, as prescribed by the MDDEP.
